Isaac PICKLE
(1823 - 31 Aug 1906)
Isaac is a bit of a puzzle. The records of Marietta Pickell give birth and place as 1810, Hunterdon Co, NJ. However, in Schuyler Co IL in 1860, there is an Isaac Pickle living in the household of Philo Avery, son of Margaret Pickle Avery - age 25 and born in Ohio. Isaac appears in 1870, living with Eliza Avery Irwin, a daughter of Margaret Pickle Avery - age 40, but born in Ohio. He was still with the Irwin's in 1880, age 50, b. Ohio, parents b. NJ.
I believe he is not the son in the earliest censuses, but is one of the younger children. He apparently had a mental disability.
