Know all men by these presents, that I Miranda E. Scoville, of the city of Fort Smith, in the state of Arkansas, being in good health, of sound and disposing mind and memory, and being above the age of 21 years, do make and publish this my last will and testament, thereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First, I direct that all my just debts be paid, and that the legacies hereinafter given shall, after the payment of my debts, be paid out of my estate.
Second, I given to each of my children, Thomas L. Scoville, James Scoville, Miranda Coffey, Samuel Scoville and Henry Scoville, an undivided one-fifth interest in all the property both real and personal that I may own at the time of the decease wheresoever located. In case Miranda Coffey does not survive me, I direct that her one-fifth interest shall be paid to her daughter Mamie Dekota.
Thirs. I consecute and appoint Thomas L. Scoville sole executor of this my last will.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 12th day of October A.D., 1920, in the presence of John B. Hiner and Ruth Brannan, who attest the same at my request.

The above instrument who is now here subscribed Miranda E. Scoville, the testator, in our presence, and we, at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of each other sign our names hereto as attesting witnesses, and that the time of our signing, said testator declared said instrument to be her last will and testament.

In the matter of the Last Will and Testament of Miranda E. Scoville, Deceased.
On this day personally appeared before me Luther Hopkins Clerk of said Court, the following persons: John B. Hiner and Ruth Brannan attesting witnesses to the above mentioned last will and Testament, who being duly sworn say: That they are subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Miranda E. Scoville deceased, that said instrument was executed, at the time, place and by the person therein named, that said Miranda E. Scoville the Testatrix was at the time of signing said instrument upwards of twenty-one years of age, and of sound and disposing mind and memory and that in the presence of both of these affiants she declared it to be her last will and Testament, and subscribed her name thereto in the presence of both of these affiants, that at the request of said Testatrix affiants wrote their names to her said Will in her presence and in the presence of each other, that the subscriptions to the foregoing instrument of writing are genuine and that said instrument which is hereto attached is the identical one that affiants so witnessed and saw the said Miranda E. Scoville sign.
Witness our hands at Ft. Smith this 25 day of Jan. A.D. 1922.
