Said to have married Zibbie Chestnut, younger sister of Susannah. Died in Illinois.
The Pike Family History states that Ivy married Mahala Chestnut on 11 Jul 1833 in Bedford, Lawrence Co IN. She was a daughter of Benjamin Chestnut, born about 1815 in Kentucky. The marriage is in the Indiana Marriage database and she is Mahala Chestnut.
An online database given children as Malinda, Rebecca and Lowry. In 1850, I found Malinda living with her aunt Ziba Adamson and her husband Alexander Cox. I did not find the others.
