Married name was Simpson - from her father's will. According to Evelyn Wallace her husband was Richard Simpson and they moved to Madison Co KY. Her father's will does state that she was Henrietta Simpson, wife of Richard Simpson. John Williams also mentioned in his will, a granddaughter Betsy Williams Simpson and her brother John Kinchloe Simpson, nor yet of age.

Richard Simpson was on the same page in the 1800 census as John Williams:
6m under age 10, 2m 16-26, 1m 26-45. 1f under 10, 10-26, 1f 16-26, 1f 26-45
