The 1850 census says that John was age 60. His death record states he was born in 1796.

The marriage record for John and Mary Abrams is for 16 Nov 1825 - it appears there were several children born prior to the marriage. Could Mary have been a second wife?

The information on the family gives birth years for Dianah, Amanda, John & Thomas in the early 1820's - or before John married Mary Abrams. Then it lists a Mary, b. Nov 1844, as Mary Abrams child, but John was already having children with Sylvania by then - unless this is the Mary, who was a child of Sylvania,
