LADONIA Noel Frances Fields, 84, of Ladonia passed away Sunday, Jan. 21, 2007, in Bonham.
Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, at Oakridge Church of Christ with Joe Wishard officiating. Interment follows in Oakridge Cemetery under the direction of Delta Funeral Home.
The family receives friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church.
She was born Nov. 27, 1922, in Oakridge. She was the daughter of of Cecil Everett Land and Ruby Leona Wishard Land. She was a member of Oakridge Church of Christ and for 50 years a cashier at Farmers and Merchant Bank.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Fields, and a brother, Jessie Pittman.
Survivors include her son, David Alan Fields of Commerce; daughter, Joy Kay Fields of Bonham; brother, Jack Land of Cooper and three sisters, Hazelle Hicks of Oakridge, Betty Myers of Tyler and Susan Ashmore of Fort Worth; three grandchildren, Robert Weldon Fields, Keisha Renae Edwards, and Kayla Janee Fields; two great-grandchildren, Jessi Renee and Tanna Ray.

Pallbearers were Mitchell Hicks, Chad Pittman, Stanley Smith, Tommy Land, Johnny Land and David Cunningham. Honorary pallbearers were Harvey Lynn Melton, Jimmy Melton, John Arhur Smith, Jerry Jones and Billy Jack Wishard.
