[I have no information that this Isaac was in St. Francois Co at this time, but his brother Constantine was so makes this likely.]

There was another Isaac Perkins, Isaac H. Perkins, living in St. Francois Co in 1850. He was 21 with a birthplace as Virginia. Isaac Benning already has a son with a birthyear of 1829 and he was born in Kentucky. Isaac's brother Joseph who was also living in St. Francois Co. had daughters older than this Isaac H. who had been born in Missouri. There is either an error in the place of birth or perhaps Isaac H. is a nephew? Isaac H. has a lady, Elizabeth, age 23, born in MO and and child "A. N." age 2.
