Bowen & Amanda his wife late Amanda Stone and the other children of Eliza Stone dec'd whose names are unknown. Being the heirs of Elizabeth Smith dec'd formerly Elizabeth Russell. George W. Gray and Sarah G. Gray his wife. Edward Trabue. William L. Sands. Nicholes Gautier and William E. Curd Jun. of the first part by Presley Morehead & Peter Morton commissioners appt by the court to make division & deeds of partition. William J. Morton & Richard Curd trustees for Polly S. Curd of the 2nd part. Tract of 117 acres which by survey contains 134 ½ acres adj Russellville & part of Gen. William Russell's 2000 acres Military Survey. Lot #4 in division of heirs of sd Russell and was allotted to Elizabeth Russell who married ____ Smith, sd Elizabeth now deceased being a child of Gen. William Russell dec'd. Said Alney McClain & Tibitha & the others are the heirs of sd Elizabeth. George M. Gray & Sarah G. Gray his wife claim 2/8 of sd 134 acres by deeds of conveyance from Hubbard Sanders & wife and Robert Wilson & wife to Joseph Gray, the wives of sd Sanders & Wilson being sisters to and heirs of sd Elizabeth dec'd. Edward Trabue holds title to 1/8 by deed from Henley Russell who was brother to and heir of sd Elizabeth. William L. Sand holds title to 1/8 by deed of conveyance from Wm R. Bowen Exec of Mary H. Bowen decd who was sister to sd Elizabeth. Nicholas Gotier holds title to 1/8 by deed of conveyance from the Sheriff who purchased the same being the interest of the children whose names are unknown of William & Jane Thompson, the sd Jane now dec'd who was sister & heir to sd Elizabeth. William E. Curd Jr who holds title to 1/8 by deed of conveyance from the Sheriff under a purchanse made by Richard Bibb Jun at Sheriff's sale of Amos Edwards, said Edwards claiming title by deed from John C. Russell who was brother to & heir of Elizabewth dec'd. Consideration of $1. Deed from John Breathitt to Sd Morton & Curd in trust. Breathitt claiming title to the same under deed from Samuel Russell who was brother of & heir to sd Elizabeth.
