LDS Catalog description of the book "Anthony Roots & Branches" by Jacob, states that Mark Antony, son of a Genoese merchant, was sent from Holland back to Italy to school. He ran away to sea, was taken prisoner by Algerians, eventually rescued by a British ship, taken to Virginia & sold into service in New Kent Co for 3 years to pay for his passage.

Joseph married Elizabeth Clark, b. 1720 dau of Capt Christopher Clark & wife Penelope Massie [p.2]; about 14 children. On p.4 she is listed as Penelope Johnson. So there's a bit of confusion.
There is no proof for Isabella Hart as wife of Mark Anthony.
