17 Jun 1805 William Burgess and wife Judah sold to Armstead Stratton 230 acres on Sweetings Frk of Sandy Creek. DB 14, p.322
21 Oct 1805 William Burgess sold to Joseph Motley 867 acres, both sides Sweetings Fork. Wife Judah relinquished dower.
21 Oct 1805 William Burgess sold to Robert S. Mabrey 100 acres on Sweetings Fork. Judah again relinquished dower.
