Provisions included the following. After debts paid, personal property for use of his wife during her life and at her decease to be sold and equally divided among six sons, or the children of any of them who may have departed this life.
To sons Harden Duvall and Absalom Duvall, the home farm, paying to each of their brothers $25 each in one year after the death of my wife. And pay to their sister Elizabeth $10 and to Isabel and Elicy and Mary the sum of $1.
Wife to have farm in Darke Co where she lives for her lifetime and then to Harden and Absalom, sons. Harden & Absalom to be Executors.
