In 1880, Clara was found still living at home with her parents. Her father was C. G. Martin age 56, b.PA as were his parents. Her mother Phebe was age 48, b. Ohio and her parents also born in PA. Clara was age 20, b. in Iowa and she had a brother, Clay age 16. The Martins were found on the same page with Abraham Wishard, John Wishard's older half-brother, and John's sister Sarah J. living with the Jacob DeVault family. One of the DeVault daughters was Dora that would marry their brother Henry Wishard.
