Drowned in Swansey River. Date of 4 Dec 1655 as given in the article is an error - that was some years before he was born. I have checked the Swansea Vital Records at AmericanAncestors.org.
In Book A: 1663-1709, p 27:
(Page 149) "Hezeciah the son of Humphery Tiffenee and of Elizabeth his wife was drowned in Swansey River on the 4th of Desember: near night Anno 1685"
