Joseph Todd Haden

( - )

Joseph may have died young. In 1821, in a lawsuit to settle the estate of his grandfather, Joseph Haden, his brother William was one of the complainants for himself and for his sister Sophia O. Williams. Joseph Todd Haden was not mentioned in the suit - he had been named in his father's will in 1807.

There is Will in Fluvanna Co VA Will Book 2, p.324 for a Joseph Haden but the film is restricted on FamilySearch.org.
