Joseph B. Mullins, b. 13 Aug 1848, Shelby Co TN and d. 15 May 1931 in Tom Bean, Grayson Co TX. His first wife was Susan Savannah Nichols b. 1 May 1850 in TN. they married 4 Mar 1869 in Lincoln Co TN. Joseph and Susan had 10 children. He married a 3rd time after the death of Nancy Warren to Libby Scott, about 1927.
