Abraham Fry of Fallowfield Township, Washington Co, PA.
To loving wife, Esther, a portion of the personal estate that will be sufficient for housekeeping and carrying on the famr, the Jack hors, two mares, Cate & Jane, with the wagon and two set of horse gears, plow & harrow. She is to have sol control of the plantation where I live and all profits arising from the same until son Thomas arrives to the age of 21 and which time he is to have 1/3 of the plantation on the lower end adjoining Robt Williams, subject to pay 1/3 of the rent during the life of Esther. The 2/3 she is to draw the whole profits until my son Elijah arrives to the age of 21, at which time he will have 1/3 on the upper end end adjoining lands of Abraham Cooper, subject to 1/3 of the rent to be paid to wife Esther. Esther to have the remaining 1/3 for her lifetime to include the house, barn, well & garden with 2 cows, 2 heffers and 15 sheep, stills and still vessels during her life. At her death, the 1/3 to my son Smith. The plantation to be divided agreeable to quantity and quality between my three sons (viz) Thomas, Elijah & Smith. I bequeath to daughter Mary Colvin $880 to be paid in two years after my decease. Same to daughter Esther. In case the money from the sale of my personal estate does not pay the last two bequeathments, profits arising from my wife shall make up the $1600. I give and bequeath to my six sons (viz) Johnston, James, Benjamin, Noah, Abraham & Luke, each of them, the plantation where they now live (tracts adjoining).
