Her grave marker in Tahlequah Cemetery was "wife of Jack Kisner". There is a Jack Kisner buried in the cemetery, full name stated on memorial page as Andrew Jackson Kisner. He was born 22 Oct 1912, died 27 Jun 1996: "Beloved Husband and Father". If this is Frances's husband, he married again after her death - and the daughter's obituary mentions a stepmother and step-siblings, so it's obvious he did.
