Betty M. Kilgore of Andrews, Texas, passed away Friday, July 20, 2007, at 7:53 a.m. in the Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland. She was 76.
She was born June 29, 1931, in Climax Springs, Mo. Her parents, Fred and Katie Meier, preceded her in death.
Betty married John H. Kilgore in Eureka Springs, Ark., on Nov. 28, 1952.
She lived in San Antonio and Sweeny prior to residing in Andrews. Betty was a member of the Means Memorial Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband.
She is survived by her son, James W. "Jimmy" Kilgore and wife Debbie of Andrews; a daughter, Donna Kilgore Deuvall and husband Bob of Floresville; brothers Freddie and Bill Meier, both of Pueblo, Colo.; sisters Kay Stallions of Alburn, Calif., and Louise Keach of Pueblo; grandchildren Kristi Kilgore Brasel of Las Lunas, N.M., and Shelby Deuvall and Ryan Deuvall, both of Floresville; and a great-grandchild, Sydney Shannon Brasel.
