8 Mar 1748 Deeds of Lease & Release Peter Noland & Ann his wife, Philip Noland and Elizabeth his wife, Pearce Noland and Sary his wife, Paul Noland and Mary Noland of Fairfax to Lewis Elzey for 5sh, land on branches of Goose Creek, 236 acres, two full third parts of a tract granted to George Slator of Prince William Co by deed from the proprietors of the Northern Neck and by him sold to Philip Noland late of the sd county of Prince William who by his devised the same to Peter, Philip, Pearce, Paul, and Mary. The other third having been purchased of them by Thomas Mopley.
