Ephraim Overman

(23 May 1719 - 1795)

The Barber manscript has that Ephraim married Ruth Trueblood, 28 Feb 1782; she was the daughter of Josiah Trueblood.
A Pedigree Chart I found in the LDS library in Salt Lake, along with a sheet of references, gave Ephraim two marriages - to an Isabel and then Tamer - surnames unknown. His son Ephraim, by Isabel, is the one that married Ruth Trueblood. Ruth married 2nd to Griffith Sawyer after Ephraim's death.
It appears that many persons have confused two very different Ephraims, father and son and the above Pedigree Chart is basically garbage.
