DEATH COMES FRIDAY TO FLOYD CRAGG, 17 High School Student Had Undergone A n O peration At Local Hospital Floyd R. Cragg, 17, 723 Bluemont died at 3 : 10 o'clock Friday afternoon at a local hospital from complications whi c h followed a pleurisy condition. Cragg was taken to the hospital Jul 2 , f or an appendectomy.He had been ill with pleurisy for six weeks prior t o t he operation. Cragg was born October 23, 1923 in Manhattan. He resid ed w ith his parents in Topeka, for four years and then moved to Manhatt an, w here he resided for the past 13 years. He was a junior in Ma nhat tan high school last year and a member of the First Methodist churc h. S urvivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Cragg; two sisters, Mr s. P .J. Johnson and Greta Fay Cragg; and three brothers, George E. Crag g, J ohn E. Cragg and Charles W. Cragg, all of the home. Funeralservices w i ll be Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Conroy chapel. The services w i ll be conducted by the Rev. A. L. Wright. Interment will be in Pleasan t V alley cemetery
