South, 93, of Chesterfield, Mo., formerly of Revere, Mo., died peacefully on Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016, at Brookdale Senior Living facility in Ballwin, Mo. Richard was born Sept. 7, 1923, in Revere, a son of William and LaVaughn Fox South. Survivors include two children. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka, Mo., with Pastor Shawn McAfee officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in Revere Cemetery. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with family receiving friends from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m.
