Roseville -- Agnes T. Davis, 95, of Roseville died at 5:10 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 1992, at Community Memorial Hospital in Monmouth. Born Jan. 30, 1897, in Roseville to Rufus and Mary Kirkpatrick Taylor, she married Irwin B. Davis on Feb. 19, 1920. He died Nov. 8, 1957. One son, Keith T., one daughter, Margaret Thompson, and one grandson also preceded her in death. Surviving are five grandsons, Larry Thompson of Little York, Richard Thompson of Monmouth, Terry K. Davis and Roger I. Davis, both of Roseville, and Charles I. Davis of Victoria, Texas; one granddaughter, Lisa Davis Carlberg of Roseville; and 11 great- grandchildren. She was a nurse's aide in Roseville. She was a member of Monmouth First Baptist Church, Roseville American Legion Auxiliary, Rebekah Unit of the Daughters of American Revolution and of Point Pleasant Neighbors Circle. She was a charter member of Point Pleasant Unit of Warren County Home Bureau. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Corman Memorial Home in Roseville. The Rev. R.N. Sanders will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Point Pleasant Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to her church, LaMoine Christian Nursing Home in Roseville, or Community Memorial Hospital F Wing.
