The State Journal-Register, Springfield, Illinois, June 1, 2003: Jacksonville---Wilmith C. Gillham, 98, of Jacksonville died Friday, May 30, 2003, at NBA Barton W. Stone Christian Home in Jacksonville. She was born July 25, 1904, in Waverly, the daughter of Edgar R. and Addie Boyer Criswell. She married Ralph W. Gillham in 1923 in Waverly; he died in 1982. Mrs. Gillham was a teacher for Hardin-Brown Business College for several years. She later worked at Illinois College from 1946-73, serving as secretary to several presidents. She was a member of American Association of Retired Persons, the Society of 1829 and the Century Club at Illinois College. There are no survivors. Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside memorial services: 1 p.m. Wednesday, Memorial Lawn Cemetery, south of Jacksonville. Gillham-Buchanan Funeral Home in Jacksonville is in charge of arrangements.
