Mrs. Biggs was the sister of Mr. Fletcher Kirkpatrick and Clara Sympson of this city. Funeral in the Methodist church in Fort Madison on Wednesday afternoon. Burial in the Fort Madison cemetery. Mrs. Biggs was born and grew to womanhood in Carthage but has lived most of her married life in Fort Madison.
