The Choteau Acantha (MT), 1 July 1937: Mother of Mrs. Lathrop, Sr., Passes at Dutton. Mrs. Flora Kirkpatrick, 81, mother of Mrs. W.R. Lathrop, Sr., of Dutton, passed away recently at the home of her daughter in that place. The end came after a lingering illness. Mrs. Kirkpatrick was a native of Wisconsin and came to Dutton in 1929* to live with her daughter following the death of her husband in that year. Funeral services were held at the Methodist church on Monday afternoon of last week, with Rev. Lee officiating. Eastern Star services were also conducted by Alpha chapter of Dutton of which Mrs. Kirkpatrick was a member. Interment was in Dutton cemetery.
