San Benito News, San Benito, Texas, Monday, March 29, 1954, Page 1, Col. 4: Mrs. Kirkpatrick Dies Here Sunday. Mrs. Viola C. Kirkpatrick, 94, died Sunday afternoon in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Walter hardy, 580 North Sam Houston boulevard. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Charles M. Robinson Jr. of the First Presbyterian church in the Kreidler-Ashcraft chapel at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning. Burial will be in Mont Meta cemetery.
Mrs. Kirkpatrick was born in 1859 in Macomb, Ill., and lived there most of her life. She had been living with her daughter here since 1941. Survivors are Mrs. Hardy, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be A. M. Hervey, Ted Hudson, J. W. Tredwary, Morgan B. Finley, E. I. Bucklin and Joe Sloan.
