Colfax Ave. and Magnolia St. Burial was at Fairmount Mausoleum. Until his retirement three years ago, Finely worked for the Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Co. in construction and maintenance. He was employed there for 29 years. Surviving in addition to his wife, Alice C., are a stepson, R. L. Thurston, Denver; a brother, Burt Finley, Portland, Ore.; a sister Mrs. Roy McCasland, Denver, and two grandchildren.
