Dubuque Telegraph Herald, Dubuque, Iowa, Monday, November 18, 1957, Page 17, Col. 3: Maquoketa, Ia.---Services for Mrs. Mae Violet Cummins, 50, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Methodist Church here with burial in Mount Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Cummins died at her home Sunday. She was born in Potosi, Wis., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clay Knapp. She was married to Guerdon Cummins at Lancaster in 1926. Surviving are a son, Stanley of Maquoketa, her parents of Lancaster; a sister, Mrs. Ervin Hoppe of Maquoketa; a brother, Leonard Knapp of Cheyenne, Wyo., and one grandchild.

The Haylock-O'Hara Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
