Mom was a true warrior to the end. Born August 27, 1918 in Helper, Utah to A. J. and Elizabeth Phelps. Married Theo S. Jensen June 7, 1947 in Elko, Nevada. Spent her years raising her family and some of her grandchildren. Retired from the University of Utah Medical Center. Survived by her husband; children: Dan, Bill and Karen, April and Shane, Barbara and Craig; eight grandchildren: Amy, Steven, Jason, Kristen, Chad, Cody, Mollie, Tess; and one great-grandson. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 13, 1994 at 2 p.m. at the Redwood Memorial Estates Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, with viewing one hour prior. Interment at Redwood Memorial Estates. The family wishes to thank the nursing staff of Creekside Hospice and the Critical Care for their loving care and support to Mom. These wonderful people are: Sean, Karen, Barbara, Elise, Joyce, Bonnie, Mereidth, Charlene, Janice and for the comforting support of Jetta. We love you, Mom and Grandma.
