Troy of The Dalles, formerly of Lane County, who died Nov. 23 of age-related causes. He was 93. Troy was born March 24, 1909, in Julesburg, Colo., to Charles and Lillian Seitter Troy. He married Elisa Espana on June 20, 1964. She died March 2, 1996. He served in the Merchant marine, the Army and the Navy. He attended college in San Diego and worked as a self-employed chiropractor. He enjoyed people. He lived in the area for 10 years. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Rest-Haven Memorial Park and Funeral Home in Eugene. Memorial contributions may be made to the Oregon Veterans Home, 700 Veterans Drive, The Dalles, OR 97058.
