Born in Ludlow, Mo., she had resided here for four years. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Charles O. Troy, associate pastor of North Long Beach Methodist Church; a sons, Clarence S., Tujunga; a daughter, Mrs. Weoma [Yeoma] Joy Parsons; a brother, Clarence A. Seitter; and a sister, Mrs. Ella Smith. Services is scheduled at 10 a.m. Thursday in the North Long Beach Methodist Church with Mottell's handling arrangements. Rev. Roy C. Mason and Dr. George McDonald will officiate. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memorial Park.
