Amarillo, Texas, Dec. 27---Robert Elliott, aged 55, died shortly after being removed this afternoon to St. Anthony's Sanitarium from the Hotel Amarillo, where he was found with a bullet wound in his head. Mr. Elliott was a well-known insurance man and made his headquarters at Hereford, where he leaves a family. The body will be shipped to Hereford tomorrow morning.
