Dallas Morning News, Dallas, Texas, Thursday, January 7, 1909: Girl Dies In San Antonio. Remains of Miss Margaret Verschoyle Will Be Sent Here Today. Miss Margaret Verschoyle died yesterday in the Convent of the Good Shepherd in San Antonio, aged 19 years. The remains will reach Dallas this morning where they will be received by Undertakers Ed. C. Smith & Bro. The funeral will be from the home of her brother, C. H. Verschoyle, 747 Swiss avenue to Oakland Cemetery, at 2 o'clock this afternoon. Besides C. H. Verschoyle the deceased is survived by two other brothers, Eugene and W. J. Verschoyle, all of whom reside in Dallas.
