Brown at the home, two daughters, Patricia A. Brown and Terri L. Brown, both of Spokane, two grandchildren Briana L. and Jesse D., both of Spokane, three sisters, Frances M. Wood of Spokane, Margaret M. Gray and her husband Bud, Bernice F. Schmidt and her husband Bud, both of Seattle WA., two brothers, William R. Brown his wife Bessie of Spokane, Larry G. Brown and his wife Shirley of Seattle, uncle, Ray E. Jones of Spokane, numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends. Preceded in death by one son, Robert J. in 1967 and his parents Ed H. and Faye I Brown. Bob was born January 1, 1932 in Holdenville, OK and moved with his family to Spokane in 1943. He attended Columbia Grade school, Rogers High School and Spokane Falls Community College. Bob joined the Air Force in 1590 and retired as a T/Sgt in 1971. He was also chief of Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office at Fairchild AFB retiring in 1987. He was a life member of VFW Hillyard Post #1474, the DAV, and he was also a life member of the North Hill Masonic Lodge #210 Scottish Rite Bodies and the El Katif Shrine. Funeral service will be held Wednesday July 6, 1994 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Chapel, Hennessey Smith Funeral Home, 2203 N. Division. Pastor Doug Iverson officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memorial Terrace. The family suggest memorial contributions may be made to the American cancer Society, 900 N. Maple, Spokane, WA 99201 or the Shriner's hospital for crippled children, 911 W. 5th, Spokane, WA 99204 or to the charity of one's choice.
