The Peoria Journal Star, Peoria, Illinois, Tuesday, July 18, 1995: Peoria---Lillie Mae Gorsuch, 82, of Peoria was pronounced dead at 7:28 a.m. Sunday, July 16, 1995, at her residence. Born Sept. 5, 1912, in Fulton County to Frank and Jemmia Ann Louder Woods, she married Daniel L. Gorsuch on Feb. 10, 1931, in Peoria. He died March 30, 1987, in Gulfport, Fla. She also was preceded in death by one granddaughter. Surviving are one son, Ronald E. of Peoria; three grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Ralph (Lottie) Booth of Mesa, Ariz. She worked for Hiram Walker & Sons and then at Boeing Aircraft Co. in Wichita, Kan., during World War II. She was a past member of Banner Methodist Church. She was a member of the TTT National Organization and the Peoria County Home Bureau. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Wilton Mortuary. William Yarbrough will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria. Memorials may be made to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, 2100 M St. NW, Suite 502, Washington, D.C. 20037-1207.
