Luther Hamilton Boggs, 86, died Tuesday in a Kerrville hospital, and the rites are to be held Friday afternoon at three o'clock in the chapel at the Smith Funeral Home. Rev. W. M. Logan, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Glen Rest.
He was a native of Indiana and was a retired farmer. He came to Kerrville about two and one half years ago to be near one of his daughters, Mrs. A. B. Edson. He is survived by his widow, who makes her home in Kerrville; four children, Mrs. Edson of this city; Mrs, Marjorie Thompson of Rolla, Kansas; Harley and Lester Boggs of Burbank, Cal.; one sister and one brother, and a number of grand children.
