The Sun, Biloxi, Mississippi, Tuesday, March 11, 1980, Page 4, Col. 3: Biloxi---A visitation for Duane Bernell Shroyer will be held tonight from 6 until 8 at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Biloxi. His funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 10 a.m. from the funeral home chapel, followed by burial in the Biloxi National Cemetery, Mr. Shroyer, 49, died Sunday at his residence, 117 Wiltshire Blvd., Biloxi. A native of Waterville, Kan., he had been a resident of Biloxi for 10 years and was a member of the United Methodist in Waterville. He attended Jefferson Davis Campus of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Junior College and was a retired from Arnold Recreation Center at Keesler Air Force Base. he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Verna Sedivy Shroyer of Biloxi; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Shroyer of Waterville; a son, Duane Bradley Shroyer of Biloxi; and two daughters, Mrs. Jon (Nancy) Lund of Gulfport and Miss Lisa Shroyer of Biloxi. The family prefers donations to the American Heart Association.
