Posted at findagrave.com: Funeral Services Held Here For Mrs. Willie Mulinax. The funeral of Mrs. Willie Kirkpatrick Mulinax was held at the Hawkins Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Rev. Robert L. Patton, pastor of the First Methodist Church in this city conducted the services, after which her remains were laid to rest in the East Side Cemetery. She passed away in a Fort Worth hospital Monday and her remains were shipped here Tuesday morning where the body lay in state at the Funeral Home until the funeral. Mrs. Willie Kirkpatrick Mulinax of Fort Worth, daughter of W. H. and M. B. Kirkpatrick, was born in Jacksonport, Ark., July 19, 1870. She was married to J. O. Mulinax March 5, 1902. She has ever lived a beautiful Christian life, and endured her sufferings with Christian fortitude. She is survived by the following: Her husband, J. O. Mulinax; two sisters, Mrs. C. B. Roberts of Mineral Wells and Mrs. W. O. Stephens, Lubbock; one brother, L. D. Kirkpatrick of Bridgeport, and a number of near relatives. She had been a member of the Methodist Church of Bridgeport for a number of years. A large congregation of sorrowing friends and relatives attended the last rites of the friend and relative, and deepest sympathy is extended to the bereaved loved ones.
