He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion Post 327, Pearl River, N.Y. Survivors include his wife, Diana P.; two sons, Vincent Peloso, Silver Spring, Md., and Gary Kirkpatrick, Dallas; two daughters, Joanne Florio, Chester, and Linda Kirkpatrick, Sarasota; several brothers and sisters; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Lippincott Funeral Home, Chester, N.Y.
