Visalia Times-Delta, Visalia, California, June 10, 2005: Louis M. Terry passed away June 7, at the age of 93. He was born in Strathmore on Feb. 6, 1912. He graduated in 1930 from Strathmore High School and attended Chaffee Junior College for two years. He served in the Air Force from 1942 to 1946. He married Cara Mae Hubbard in 1944 while stationed in Hondo, Texas. He is survived by a son, Frank R. Terry, daughter-in-law, Lois Terry of Visalia; two grandchildren, Careen Terry of Oakhurst and Darcy Terry of Visalia; one great-grandchild, Danyn Terry; a brother, Lester Terry, sister-in-law, Norma Terry of Porterville; a sister, Margaret Van Vlack of Scotts Valley and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at Visalia District Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hadley Funeral Chapel, Visalia.
