The Oklahoman, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Sunday, January 21, 2007, City Edition, Page 21 A: Ellen Stewart Shaw went to be with the Lord on January 18, 2007. She was born on July 16, 1917, and would have been 90 years old this year. Mrs. Shaw was the wife of the late Sydney Malcolm Shaw. She is survived by her two children Patricia Ann Cellier and Malcolm Sydney Shaw, as well as their spouses, four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Ellen Shaw was involved in many activities during the years. In her earlier years, she was President of the Junior Ready To Help club, participated in Meals On Wheels, and was involved in several craft, miniature, and rock clubs. She was an avid seamstress and a wonderful homemaker. Mrs. Shaw was devoted to the Lord and read her Bible daily. Her family will greatly miss her, but they are happy that she is now sitting at the feet of Jesus. Funeral Services will be conducted by Ford Funeral Service at 10 am Tuesday at the Meadowood Baptist Church in Midwest City. Memorial Donations may be made to help distribute Gideon Bibles.
