Orpha Olive Ristine

Orpha Olive Ristine, daughter of DeWitt C. and Catherine (Campbell) Ristine, was born Feb. 18, 1872, in Iowa, and passed away June 29, 1936, in Savannah, MO. She grew to womanhood in Gothenburg.
Her 1st marriage was to Alonzo C. Gregory in 1891. They had three children: Earl R., Lawrence L., and another son who died in infancy. Her husband preceded her in death.
Her 2nd marriage was to Rev. Sylvester C. Tubbs. They had two girls: Ann Leota, married Mr. Marsh and Velma Mary, married Mr. Hunt. Rev. Sylvester C. Tubbs died in 1932 and is buried in the Arnold Cemetery.
Her 3rd marriage was to Rev. G. E. Hartman in 1933. He was born Aug. 28, 1883 and died March 24, 1972 and is buried in the Arnold Cemetery.
Orpha is survived by two brothers and two sisters: Warren W. Ristine, Hiram M. Ristine, Mrs. Posey Ristine and Mrs. Jane Saunders, Portland, OR. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters: Luetta Allen, Effie McNeal and Amy Small. The funeral will be held Thursday at the Methodist Church, conducted by pastor Rev. Wm. Kilburn. Burial in Grandview cemetery. Pallbearers: Ted McNeal, Clarence McNeal, Warren McNeal, Cecil Ristine, Luther Ristine and A. Lloyd Anderson.
