Bush, 67, died enroute to the Missouri Delta Community Hospital at 2 a.m. Tuesday. She was born Nov. 7, 1897 and was the widow of E. J. Bush, who preceded her in death in 1963. Her survivors are two sons, Joseph of Euastis, Fla., and Wayne, of Mountain View, Mo.; one brother, Tom Kirkpatrick of Orange, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Gus Ray of Diehlstadt, and Mrs. Rose Pyle of Senath, Mo., and five grandchildren. The body is at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Charleston where the completion of service arrangements will be announced later.
