They were married 13 years ago in Kansas City and have lived here 10 years. Mrs. Kirkpatrick charges cruelty and asks custody of their 1-month old daughter, Jo Ann. She says her husband is worth about 50 thousand dollars and has an income of about 20 thousand dollars a year. She asks a "reasonable share" of this. Smith Schall & Sheehan represent Mrs. Kirkpatrick.
