Posted at findagrave.com: Mary Lou (Richey) Elliott, 98, of Loma Linda, Calif., formerly of Dubuque, went to be with her Lord, Saturday, June 10, 2000, at Heritage Gardens, Loma Linda. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 24, at the Dubuque Area Lifetime Center, 3505 Stoneman Road. She was born on Feb. 8, 1902, in Paducah, Ky. She married Vincent C. Elliott on July 4, 1923; he died on Feb. 28, 1948. Surviving are four daughters, Juanita Dearborn, of Wheaton, Ill., Ileen (Jack) Redmond, of Dubuque, Shirley (Milt) Klavitter, of Tecumseh, Okla., and Judy (Abe) Sears, of Loma Linda; 52 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by a son, Vincent G. Elliott; a son-in-law, Robert Swanson; her parents; two brothers; and a sister.The family requests no flowers. A Mary Lou (Richey) Elliott Memorial Fund has been established.
