Kirkpatrick in an order signed by Judge A. B. Lovejoy, on file Friday in District Court. Cruel and inhuman treatment was alleged. Custody of three minor children, age 18, 15, and 10, is granted to the mother, who is to receive $2.50 weekly for each of the two younger, until each is 18 years old. The husband is also to pay $12.50 to the plaintiff to apply on rent of her home at 433 Vine street.
