The Clay County Bar Association will be represented at the memorial meeting for the late Lee Kirkpatrick, 48-year-old attorney of Spencer, who died Thursday of cancer. He had been seriously ill for four weeks. Mr. Kirkpatrick has had considerable official business in the Clay Circuit Court where he was well known and respected for his ability. The memorial will be held tomorrow morning. The deceased man leaves a widow and a small son.
