Second St., Stilwell, died Saturday, Jan. 8 in Sparks Memorial Hospital, Ft. Smith, Ark. He was 64. He was born Oct. 22, 1907, in Gans, is survived by: His wife, Mrs. Lillie Ruth Cowan of the home; three sons, Albert Cowan, Stilwell, and Edward Lee and Dwight S. Cowan, both of Ft. Smith; two daughters, Beverly Cowan, Stilwell, and Bonnie Ruth Davidson, Sallisaw; and three sisters, Alfie Duffer and Sadie Brown, both of Tulsa, and Thelma Statton, Muskogee. Services were held Tuesday in the Roberts Chapel with Bro. Arthur Essary officiating. Interment was in the Stilwell City Cemetery.
