Mrs. May Emma Stanhope Fuller Dies Here Early Today.
Mrs. May Emma Fuller,66, wife of Amos Fuller, 1615 West Seventh, died suddenly at her home early this morning (June 25, 1945) after an illness of seven months. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock at the McDonald Funeral Home with Rev. James T. Albertson officiating and burial at Mount Angeles Cemetery. Mrs. Fuller was born at Lenox, Iowa, December 22, 1878 (to Clarence and Alena Stanhope) and was married to Amos Fuller at Custer City, South Dakota, January 13, 1896. Mr. and Mrs. Fuller came here from Freewater, Oregon, 21 years ago. Surviving are the widower, Amos Fuller, a son, Chester A. Fuller, daughters Mrs. Lena Dawkins, Miss Celia Fuller, Mrs. Isabel Oxenford and Mrs. Lottie Long, all of Port Angeles; sisters Mrs. N. E. Mallow, Freewater, Oregon and Mrs. Lucy Frame, Bacus, Minn.; brothers, Ruby Stanhope, New Mexico, Leonard S. Stanhope, Freewater, Oregon and Lester Stanhope, Puyullop, Wash.
